Built on Craftsmanship. Designed for Real Life.

We’re a hands-on, family-run builder creating custom homes and renovations in New Brunswick

Founded by Red Seal Carpenter Jesse Lloyd, MMC is built on a foundation of hands-on craftsmanship, practical experience, and a commitment to doing the work properly. We design and build custom homes, renovations, and additions, staying closely involved in every stage of the process to ensure consistent quality and clear communication.

Every project is owner-led. Jesse is directly involved on-site each day, overseeing the work and ensuring it meets the standard it should. You’re not handed off to a project manager—you have one point of accountability from start to finish.

We aim to create not only well-built homes, but a building experience that feels steady, respectful, and well-managed from start to finish. Our homes are backed by a premier warranty through Atlantic Home Warranty, offering additional peace of mind long after construction is complete.

A home is more than a project.

It’s where life happens.

Every decision, from structure to finish, should support how you live now and how your home will perform for years to come.

How We Build Differently

Listening first.

Every project begins by understanding how you live, what you value, and what you want your home to support. We combine your ideas with our design and construction expertise to guide smart, well-informed decisions.

Planning before building.

We believe the most important work happens long before finishes are chosen. Layouts, materials, systems, and structure are carefully considered to ensure long-term performance and comfort.

Built for real life.

Our homes are designed for New Brunswick conditions — climate, land, and lifestyle included. Energy efficiency, durability, and adaptability are built into the structure, not added as an afterthought.

Resilient by design.

Through our Resilient Homes philosophy, we incorporate systems and construction methods that support long-term living — including energy efficiency, alternative power readiness, heating and water considerations, and materials chosen to exceed code where it counts.

Our Process

01. Consultation

Every project begins with a thoughtful consultation. We take time to understand your goals, priorities, lifestyle, and budget through a guided discovery process. If we’re working within an existing home, we’ll also visit the site to assess function, layout, and structural considerations. This stage allows us to identify opportunities early and lay the groundwork for smart, well-informed decisions.

02. Design & Build

With a clear plan in place, we move into the build phase. We manage all aspects of the project — coordinating trades, sourcing materials, securing permits, and overseeing the work on site. Throughout construction, we provide regular updates so you know what’s been completed, what’s coming next, and where things stand. Our focus is steady progress, clear communication, and maintaining quality while respecting timelines and budgets.

03. Completion

As the project comes to a close, we conduct a detailed walk-through to ensure everything meets our standards and yours. We address final details, answer questions, and make sure you feel confident moving forward. Our goal is not just a finished space, but a home that feels right — built with care and ready to be lived in for years to come.
