The Bristol Heights Turnkey Home is a conventionally constructed custom residence completed as a full turnkey build in a newly developed neighbourhood. This project reflects Moose Mountain Construction’s ability to deliver straightforward, well-executed homes with the same care, organization, and professionalism applied to more complex builds.
Construction began in early spring, with Moose Mountain Construction managing the project from start to finish. Our scope included full site coordination, structural construction, exterior envelope, interior build-out, and completion through to move-in readiness. The home features a practical, efficient floor plan and classic exterior detailing designed for comfortable, everyday living.
While intentionally simple in design, the project was defined by clear communication, steady execution, and a positive working relationship with the homeowners throughout the build process.
The finished result is a well-built, comfortable home delivered on a turnkey basis — a testament to the value of doing the fundamentals exceptionally well.
