Summerfield ICF Home

Hybrid Build • High-Performance Construction

Project Details

The Summerfield ICF Home is a custom ~2,400 square-foot residence built using Insulated Concrete Form (ICF) construction, selected for its exceptional strength, energy efficiency, and long-term durability. Designed in a timeless, craftsman-inspired style, the home blends classic detailing with modern building performance.

Moose Mountain Construction was responsible for the complete structural, exterior, and interior construction of the home, delivered through a hybrid build model in which the homeowner coordinated select trades. Our focus was on executing a high-quality building envelope and interior build-out, providing a durable, high-performance foundation for the finished home.

The result is a quiet, energy-efficient, and resilient residence built for long-term comfort, durability, and everyday livability.
